About BYLC
Brunei Young Leaders Convention (BYLC) is a non-profitable youth-led event that serves as a platform for youths and youth leaders in Brunei Darussalam, aged between 18 to 45 years old, to gather with relevant stakeholders and contribute meaningfully to national development.
It is to mobilise youth to have a sense of belonging and to play an active role in achieving the national vision of Wawasan Brunei 2035, where the country aspires to be widely recognised for its educated, highly skilled and accomplished people, with a high quality of life and a dynamic and sustainable economy by 2035.

The 2020-2035 National Youth Policy and Strategy defines ‘youth’, as those people between the ages of 18 to 35 years old, whereas youth leaders are no more than 45 years old.
